Return to work issues

I have returned to work full-time in a cancer hospital. My supervisor has written in details perfomance issues that I have to work on. She said that I had finished my active treatment and she expects me to do my job 100%. She is not compassionate in handling my situation. I am trying to be positive. But she is giving me enormous work stress. What can you suggest on how I handle this situation?

Wellspring offers return to work and back at work programs.This is worth checking. The May Newsletter featured cancer and workplace. It is a very comprehensive article which gives a better understanding on how the process works.

This is very sad to hear, particularly since you work in a cancer hospital. I return to work in about 3-4 weeks. I wonder if you have anyone you can appeal to in the organization, such as a staff Ombudsman.
