Hello everyone,
On the Eating for the Holidays chat on Tuesday, Dec 15th there was a question that arose about making a healthier and lower calorie Holiday Dinner. I came across this article today and thought Anthony Sedlak made some excellent suggestions that I wanted to share with you.
Happy Holidays everyone!

Keep it light and packed with flavour at your holiday table
'Tis the season of egg nog, bread pudding and fruitcake, but suggest that lineup to chef Anthony Sedlak, host of Food Network's The Main, and you might get a Mediterranean cookbook thrown your way http://www.canada.com/health/healthy-living/Keep+light+packed+with+flavour+your+holiday+table/2321435/story.html
