Hello Charmaine
You can access the resource library to get more information about " survivorship plan." The top right hand corner of the home page has a search box, print in the words, survivorship plan and press GO. It will give you specific titles that you can search.
You can also go to EVENTS and it will show you a calendar of events taking place. Often you will find another chat concerning survivorship plans.
If you have specific questions you would like to ask, please fire away and we will try to help.

Thanks for your question about transcripts of chats. If you are interested in a specific chat send a message through the contact us link and CaringVoices.ca admin will send you a copy of the transcript. Also, check the calendar regularly as Scott Secord hosts a chat on Survivorship Plans at least once a month. I also notice you are posting in the GYN community, which is great, but I believe in your intro you say you are a BC survivor. Be sure to also check out the breast cancer community. (See the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of the page).
